System Maintenance

Here at Abbion Fire and Security Systems we are committed to providing quality fire and security alarm services to all our customers.  We are currently in a position to take over any or all of your maintenance contracts at a 25% discount on what you are paying now.  Just some of the benefits of placing your trust in us are listed below

Serviced to British Standards:  All servicing carried out in accordance with the relevant British Standard and certificated accordingly

Annual, 6 monthly or quarterly visits: Dependent on clients, insurers or installers recommendations all service visits can be pre-allocated and booked to leave you in the safe knowledge that your system is being looked after.

Flat call out rate 24/7: Why should you, the client, suffer because your equipment has decided to fail at an inconvenient time?  We provide a flat fee call out rate to allow you to maintain costs without compromising your safety.

All works quoted and agreed prior to commencement: No hidden extras, no surprise invoices.  Any work that is identified as necessary following a service visit will be discussed with you and all your options clarified before any work is done.  We will also insist on a written order from you the client to ensure all work is done with full approval.

12 month warranty on all new equipment: Unfortunately, any equipment can fail. Any equipment fitted by us will be replaced free of charge within its 1st 12 months if the worst happens.  The replacement part will then be covered by its own new 12 month warranty.

Document Storage facility: All work carried out on a fire alarm or security system MUST be documented and kept safe.  As well as ensuring you are kept fully informed of the condition of your system, we also offer worksheet e-mailing to an address of your choice coupled with a full back up file of all the service documentation relating to your system that is available to you via e-mail or delivery to site at your request.

Environmentally friendly smoke and heat testing equipment: By utilising purpose-made smoke detector head and heat testing poles we minimise our time on site.  Our test poles are environmentally friendly. Instead of the old practice of using hand held gas canisters in which 70% of the gas goes into the atmosphere and does not actually enter the detector head, we control the gas released to the detector head so as well as being nearly 100% efficient we are also helping reduce our carbon footprint.

No Contract Necessary: We will call you and book in your service visits and we only bill for the work we have completed!!
